It's very similar to the Rhapsody apps for other mobile OSes, with the obvious exception of a Metroesque interface. You can search for and stream songs, access your playlists, and browse through various genres and recommendations. Rhapsody Radio is also available for streaming, and you can pull up detailed information about the current artist with a single tap.
Subscribing to Rhapsody will run you $9.99 per month, but the two-month trial will give you plenty of time to decide whether or not it's the right fit for your streaming music needs -- whether you own a BlackBerry, iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone 7 device.
